Constructal design in the cooling and hydraulic performance of tube heat sinks

Liquid-cooled hot plates require effective thermal management which can be accomplished by implementing appropriate cooling architectures. This investigation is about high heat-generating systems and reports the performance of heated with various flow configurations: Serpentine flow, parallel tubes two tree-shape systems. Single double objectives size constraint are studied to obtain best design. The influence fluid inlet position also studied. results presented in terms hydraulic characteristics for that subject a constant heat flux, contain fixed total lateral area cooling. A 3D numerical study conducted analyze these Reynolds numbers ranging from 1000 33,000. obtained include temperatures plate, uniformity temperature resistance dissipation.
